Your Questions, Answered
Do I need to be home for delivery or setup?
Nope. As long as we have clear access to your porch or front entry, you don’t need to be there. If you’ve chosen a full-service setup, we’ll handle everything and send a photo confirmation once it’s styled.
What if I prefer to decorate my porch myself?
That works perfectly. Our two smaller packages can be optioned for drop-off only, which means we deliver a curated mix of heirloom pumpkins, specialty varieties, and hay bales for you to style on your own.
It’s a more hands-on approach, and also a more affordable one. Great for those who enjoy decorating but want to skip the hauling, sourcing, cleaning, and sorting. If you decide you'd like help with the setup, our design service can be added anytime.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to neighborhoods across the West Metro, including Edina, St. Louis Park, Orono, Minnetonka, Wayzata, and surrounding areas. Not sure if you're in range? Add a package to cart and and delivery range show at checkout.
What exactly is included in each package?
Each package includes a curated mix of heirloom pumpkins, white ghost pumpkins, pie and specialty varieties, and hay bales. Our product page breaks down the full list by package size, from drop-off options to full-service styling.
How long do the pumpkins last?
We use fresh, uncarved pumpkins that are cleaned with a bleach water mixture before delivery to remove bacteria and help extend their life. Most displays last 6 to 8 weeks depending on the weather and sun exposure.
To help them last even longer, (if setting up on your own) keep your display in a shaded spot when possible and avoid stacking them in areas with poor airflow. If squirrels or animals are a concern, you can mist your pumpkins with a mix of vinegar and water, sprinkle cinnamon around displays or use pet-safe repellents nearby. We also recommend skipping other food-based decorations, which can attract critters.
Are there diffrent priced delivery zones?
Delivery is calculated based on your location from our storage. prices can be seen at checkout. You will always know the delivery price before you purchase.
What happens if a pumpkin gets damaged or rots early?
We do our best to provide the highest quality but we canot gaurantee the life of your pumpkins. we are unable to replace rotting or eaten pumpkins. cayenne pepper sprinkled lighty tends to kelp keep the critters away.
Can i cancel or resdule my order?
We understand that plans can shift, and we’re always happy to help adjust your delivery or removal week if something comes up. Just reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes in timing.
Because each display is prepped in advance, using pumpkins and materials ordered specifically for you, all sales are final. This helps us preserve quality, reduce waste, and honor the limited nature of our seasonal offering.
